Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
3. Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at office@vintage-silver.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
3. You must return the item at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
And if the shipping cost to you was covered by us, we will deduct this cost from the amount to be refunded to you.
Refunds
1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
